Responsibilities

• Initiate and oversee engineering analyses for all structural aspects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during construction.
• Innovate designs to enhance structural sustainability.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between clients and the engineering team.
• Produce reports documenting project progress and engineering decisions.
• Evaluate the performance and integrity of existing structures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant structural engineering experience

Technical Skills

• ETABS
• FEM software

Soft Skills

• Critical thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• LEED accreditation
• Structural Engineering certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with green building standards: Understanding of standards such as Green Star or LEED for sustainable building.
• Experience with software such as Rhino or Grasshopper: Proficiency in tools for parametric modelling and design.
