Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and recommend additional diagnostic tests.
  • Monitor chronic conditions and provide follow-up care.
  • Advocate for patients’ needs with other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop educational materials for patient and community health initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Assist in the coordination of care and referrals to specialists.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's in Nursing or related field
  • Certification in Advanced Practice Nursing
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in primary care or urgent care settings
