Job Description

As an Accountant at Accountancy Solutions, you will play a key role in our financial team, managing a variety of accounting tasks including financial analysis, compliance, and reporting. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Oversee payroll processing and related financial operations.
• Prepare annual financial budgets and reports.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with local regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA) is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance

Technical Skills

• Financial Reporting
• Tax Compliance
• Accounting Software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)

Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Fluent in Afrikaans: Proficiency in Afrikaans is beneficial for client interactions.
