• Evaluate patients’ health status and report significant changes.
• Manage and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Measure, monitor, and document vital signs and patient symptoms.
• Draft and execute comprehensive care plans.
• Facilitate communication among healthcare team members.
• Promote health education and wellness to patients.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and best practices.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
• Deliver emotional and psychological support to patients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience

Technical Skills

• Wound Care Management
• Infection Control

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual in Afrikaans: Fluency in Afrikaans is an advantage for patient interaction.
• Leadership experience: Prior experience in a leadership role in nursing is beneficial.
