Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Farmworker to join our agricultural team. The ideal candidate will assist in the cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting of various crops in our nursery and greenhouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Help with the planting, maintaining, and harvesting of crops.
• Oversee and manage the operation of farm machinery.
• Ensure proper application of fertilizers and pesticides.
• Keep track of crop health and report issues to management.
• Participate in general maintenance and repair of farm facilities.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Engage in community outreach for local farming initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with the agricultural team.

Requirements

Education

• Higher certificate in agriculture is preferred

Experience

• Experience with organic farming practices is advantageous.
