Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Computer User Support Specialists to join our IT Infrastructure team. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting with the maintenance of operating systems, and providing exceptional support to end-users. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of current IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the rollout of new hardware and software solutions.
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance as needed.
  • Develop user guides and support materials to improve user experience.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies that could benefit the company.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience
