Our accounting team is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant who is passionate about numbers and financial accuracy. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's accounting practices, including accounting policies and procedures.
• Generate financial reports for review by senior management.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funding.
• Resolve discrepancies in financial statements and reports.
• Stay updated with tax regulations and changes.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency within the department.
• Support the development of financial management standards and principles.
• Assist in strategic planning and financial analysis.
• Liaise with external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior accountants.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Chartered Accountant qualification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
