Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making. Your insights will help shape the direction of our projects and enhance our clients' business performance.

Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to provide insights that drive business strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that enable real-time monitoring of business performance.
• Work closely with other departments to identify their data needs and enhance their analytics capabilities.
• Conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Assist in the development of data models and custom reports for various stakeholders.
• Train staff on data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Certification in Data Analytics is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or related field
