Looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer in Durban to enhance our production efficiency. In this role, you'll analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies for improvements. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing engineering practices for efficiency gains.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on new processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and suggest tools or technology for operational enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
