We are looking for a dynamic Retail Manager to lead our store in Durban. The role involves managing staffing, driving sales strategies, and enhancing customer experiences. A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of retail trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales associates and manage performance metrics.
• Create and maintain an welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for stock management.
• Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements.
• Ensure store presentation meets company standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
• Implement loss prevention strategies.
• Host team meetings to set objectives and motivate staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct appraisals.
• Manage in-store events and promotions.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years experience in retail supervisory roles preferred
