Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Durban, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will be proficient in software testing methodologies and possess strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Design test strategies and create detailed test documentation.
• Execute test cases and track software defects using testing tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams to reproduce and diagnose software issues.
• Analyze testing results and provide feedback on software performance.
• Help establish best practices for testing and quality assurance.
• Educate team members on quality standards and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in software quality assurance

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Performance Testing

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Agile Tester Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Mobile Application Testing: Familiarity with testing mobile applications on various platforms.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Experience working with CI/CD practices and tools.
