Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Investment Banker to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of corporate finance, mergers, and acquisitions, and will play a vital role in providing strategic financial advice to our clients. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Create investment proposals and pitch decks for client presentations.
• Analyze industry trends to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in client onboarding and managing client relationships.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance to senior management.
• Support the integration of acquired businesses post-transaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in investment banking or relevant advisory roles
