We are seeking a dedicated Centrifuge Separator Tender to operate and maintain centrifuge separators in order to ensure the efficient separation of materials. This role is essential in our manufacturing processes and requires keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Control centrifuge separator operations according to established guidelines.
• Adjust and monitor processes as needed to optimise separation effectiveness.
• Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of machinery through regular maintenance.
• Conduct inspections to identify and remedy any operational issues.
• Keep precise records of operational logs for quality and audit purposes.
• Engage in teamwork to achieve production targets effectively.
• Strictly adhere to safety standards to protect all employees.
• Handle troubleshooting and repair tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with quality control regulations to safeguard outputs.
• Assist in training less experienced staff on operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Technical or vocational training in a related field is preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
