Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Fiberglass Laminator and Fabricator. This role involves installing and maintaining fiber optic cables and equipment, with a strong emphasis on innovation and quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of fiber optic materials and tools.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Research and implement new technologies in fiber optics.
• Analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance service delivery to customers.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma or degree in Telecommunications / ICT

Experience

• 3+ years of experience with fiber optic systems.

Technical Skills

• Experience with OTDR and Fusion Splicers
• Knowledge of Network Troubleshooting

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certifications in Safety Procedures

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of Telecommunications Regulations: Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
