Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and administration within our organization. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing support tickets, and maintaining documentation. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to prevent downtime.
• Perform regular updates and patches to software and systems.
• Assist with system upgrades and new software rollouts.
• Support mobile devices and remote connections.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide solutions quickly.
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Provide feedback on IT process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• IT certifications are preferred

Experience

• Experience with IT support in a corporate environment is beneficial
