Responsibilities

• Assist in the negotiation and structuring of financial transactions.
• Manage and mentor junior analysts within the team.

• Evaluate risks associated with investment opportunities and advise accordingly.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or finance-related roles
