Job Description

As a Business Continuity Planner, you will be instrumental in ensuring the resilience and smooth operation of our business in the face of unforeseen disruptions. You will develop and implement strategic continuity plans, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate with stakeholders across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of business continuity policies and procedures.
  • Identify and assess potential risks to business continuity and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business resilience.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on business continuity concepts.
  • Review and refine existing continuity plans based on lessons learned from testing and real incidents.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review and update continuity strategies.
  • Create documentation for all business continuity activities and maintain records.
  • Provide expert advice on business continuity during crises and incidents.
  • Engage with external partners and stakeholders to enhance collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Certifications in Risk Management or Disaster Recovery Planning
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Continuity Planning or equivalent
