We are seeking an Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of auditing processes and will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and operational efficiency within the organization. You will be responsible for evaluating financial operations, identifying risks, and providing recommendations to enhance effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain audit documentation and work papers.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify financial vulnerabilities.
• Report audit results and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure timely execution of audit tasks and project deadlines.
• Support training and awareness of compliance measures among staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting
• Relevant professional qualification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in internal auditing or related field

Certifications

• Accounting Technician (AT)
