Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online sales strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our e-commerce operations, overseeing marketing campaigns, managing product listings, and enhancing overall customer experiences. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of online retail trends and a passion for utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new project initiatives to expand the e-commerce platform.
  • Engage in hands-on problem-solving for operational issues.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Coordinate regular training for team members on best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve online sales.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce roles
