Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Android Mobile Developer to join our dynamic tech team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Android platform and experience in building efficient, high-performance mobile applications. You will be responsible for the full mobile application development lifecycle, from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation tools for deployment and configuration.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization and monitor system performance.
• Implement disaster recovery solutions and maintain backups.
• Work closely with QA teams to improve testing environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Analyze system logs and provide insights for enhancements.
• Stay current with DevOps best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or affiliated field
• Certifications in Cloud Architecture preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps environments

• Docker
• CI/CD Implementation

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified Azure DevOps Engineer
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
