Public Health Advisor

Job Description

As a Public Health Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping public health initiatives within the community. You will work collaboratively with local health departments and community organizations to develop and implement effective health programs. You will provide expert advice on public health policies and strategies, ensuring that we meet the health needs of the population.

Responsibilities

• Implement public health strategies to address pressing health challenges.
• Engage with community members to assess their health-related needs.
• Design and conduct health promotion campaigns and activities.
• Work with local organizations to maximize resources and avoid duplication.
• Provide expert analysis on health data and metrics to inform policy.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate care and services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
• Master's degree in Public Health preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience working in public health roles

• Health Policy Development
• Statistical Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Certified in Public Health (CPH)
• Community Health Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
