We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to contribute to our projects across Cape Town. Your primary duties will include conducting site investigations, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. You will play a critical role in fostering sustainable development through innovative engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary project teams.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify designs.
• Review project documentation and manage changes effectively.
• Develop project schedules and track timelines.
• Support the senior management team in strategic planning.
• Implement innovative engineering solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng)

Languages

• English: Fluent
