Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Healthcare Services Group, you'll play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients in Durban. You'll be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and triage patients effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with doctors and other specialists to enhance patient care.
  • Administer injections and other treatments while monitoring for side effects.
  • Educate patients on medications, procedures, and significant lifestyle changes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and professional development.
  • Assist in patient discharge planning ensuring follow-up care is arranged.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred
  • SANC Registration mandatory
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in a clinical setting
