Responsibilities

• Assume a leadership role in managing complex civil engineering projects.
• Interface with government agencies and local authorities for project approvals.
• Utilize CAD software for design and analysis of civil works.
• Monitor field conditions and adapt plans as necessary.
• Ensure environmental compliance throughout project development.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations for board meetings and public forums.
• Contribute to company-wide engineering best practices.
• Assist team members in troubleshooting and resolving engineering issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering is preferred
