Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, provide insights, and help bridge the gap between IT and business teams. You'll be instrumental in driving project success by translating business requirements into actionable plans and ensuring project objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics to measure project success and business impact.
• Liaise with vendors and external partners as needed for project execution.
• Support project management teams in invoice management and budget tracking.
• Draft progress reports and provide insights to senior management on project performance.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and foster strong working relationships.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings to diverse audiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of proven experience in business analysis or a similar role

• SQL
• Tableau

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
