• Conduct risk assessments and submit recommendations for policy adjustments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and brokers.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust underwriting strategies accordingly.
• Prepare detailed reports on underwriting decisions and trends.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Provide guidance to junior underwriters and support their development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in insurance underwriting
