Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Researcher to join our growing team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of user experience methodologies. You will work closely with product teams to enhance user satisfaction through research and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and collaborative sessions to gather insights and spark new ideas.
  • Utilize tools such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups for comprehensive user research.
  • Assist in the development of prototypes to test design concepts.
  • Evaluate user experience through A/B testing and analytics.
  • Help refine research methodologies and processes for continuous enhancement.
  • Create visual presentations of research findings for diverse audiences.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in UX research or a related field
