Job Description

Dynamic Research Solutions seeks a Principal Investigator to lead relevant clinical research projects. You will oversee the design, implementation, and dissemination of research results while ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify new research opportunities and establish research goals.
• Lead project meetings and update stakeholders on progress.
• Ensure training and compliance of all staff with research protocols.
• Maintain detailed documentation of research activities.
• Actively participate in community outreach related to research projects.
• Support funding applications and proposal submissions.
• Enhance the visibility of research through publications and conferences.
• Lead peer-review processes for internal research proposals.
• Uphold safety protocols in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in a relevant field such as biotechnology, biomedical sciences, or pharmacology.
• Post-doctoral fellowship is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a research leadership role.
