Join our team as an Advertising Sales Agent, where you'll manage and lease properties to tenants on behalf of our clients. Your role will involve engaging with prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and promoting properties to maximise leasing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing promotional materials and property listings.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants via phone and email.
• Work with the marketing team to enhance our online presence for property listings.
• Utilize property management software to track leasing activities and tenant communications.
• Ensure all leasing documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication is a plus
• Real estate qualification preferred

Experience

• Experience with commercial real estate leasing is advantageous.
