UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with our product and development teams to create intuitive designs that resolve user pain points.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management to define user requirements.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant designs.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather user feedback.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and expert reviews on existing products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent
• Master's degree in UX Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a UX/UI design role

• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• UX Certified by Nielsen Norman Group
• Scrum Master Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
