• Engage in peer code reviews to improve code quality and share knowledge across teams.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and strive for continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree in Software Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development

• Node.js
• React
• AWS

Certifications

• Google Cloud Certification
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
