Responsibilities

• Manage and improve chemical production processes for enhanced safety and efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
• Collaborate with R&D to innovate new products and processes.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Source and evaluate new materials and suppliers.
• Document processes and update process flow diagrams.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in audits and inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering roles
