We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our creative team in Cape Town. You will play a crucial role in designing buildings that are both functional and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for architecture, ensuring that designs meet both aesthetic standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural plans that meet client specifications and local regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project viability.
• Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
• Utilize software tools for design and visualization, including AutoCAD and Revit.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of diverse architecture experience

Certifications

• Professional Architect License
