Job Description

As a Gas Plant Operator at Industrial Gases Co., you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the oxygen plant to ensure a continuous supply of oxygen. This role is crucial in supporting our operations across various industries. You'll work within a dynamic team to maintain safety and efficiency while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and adjust settings as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding production issues.
• Participate in training programs to develop technical knowledge.
• Record production data, including gas quality and inventory levels.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Technical qualification in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in gas production or plant operation
