• Create and manage user documentation and training material.
• Assist in software deployment and updates.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and support materials.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2-4 years experience in a similar role

• Hardware Troubleshooting

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages
