Responsibilities

  • Produce and manage technical documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Review technical documents for style, grammar, and spelling.
  • Help implement document control processes.
  • Provide training and support to internal staff on documentation best practices.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to improve documentation.
  • Work with designers to create visually appealing content.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or similar
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in IT or software development
