Job Description

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our purchasing operations, implementing cost-saving strategies, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations. Your expertise in negotiation and supplier management will be essential for our success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and make recommendations based on best value.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine procurement needs.
  • Implement and maintain procurement systems and processes.
  • Assist in the development of procurement budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
