Job Description

The High School Principal will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the school, ensuring that the educational needs of students are met, and promoting a positive school culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the curriculum coordinator to enhance educational programs.
• Advocate for student needs to ensure equitable access to resources.
• Engage in fundraising and community outreach efforts.
• Promote the school’s mission at various events and forums.
• Ensure effective communication between administration, faculty, and parents.
• Evaluate the performance of educational programs and initiatives.
• Create an environment that fosters student leadership and responsibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in an educational leadership role
