Job Description

We are searching for an IT Support Technician who is enthusiastic about technology and possesses a strong problem-solving mindset. This role involves providing technical support to our diverse clientele, ensuring that all IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by clients and staff.
  • Configure and maintain workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Ensure data backups and recovery processes are in place.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to IT systems.
  • Proactively monitor IT systems for issues.
  • Assist in network setup and maintenance.
  • Provide support for software installations and updates.
  • Contribute to the development of user guides and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are advantageous

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or technical assistance
