• Administer prescribed medications and supervise patient medication adherence.
• Support and educate families on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare staff to provide optimal care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous assessment and improvement of nursing care quality.
• Act as a patient advocate and provide emotional support.
• Manage and prioritize multiple patient needs and tasks effectively.
• Participate in continuing education and training to hone nursing skills.

Advantageous

• Experience in a specialized nursing field: Knowledge in pediatrics, geriatrics, or emergency care.
• Leadership experience: Prior leadership or mentorship responsibilities in a nursing context.
