Job Description

As a Field Researcher, you will play a crucial role in our organization, undertaking fieldwork that informs our research strategies. Your responsibilities will involve implementing research designs, conducting interviews and surveys, and examining data to support various academic projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead fieldwork sessions and oversee data collection processes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design impactful research topics.
  • Draft reports and presentations summarizing research findings.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for data collection.
  • Manage relationships with research partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct focus groups and interviews with participants.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards in research practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sociology, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in conducting field research
