We are seeking a Computer Repair Engineer to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing computer hardware and software issues, ensuring excellent technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities
Perform hardware and software repairs on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve operating system and application issues.
Install new hardware and software upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Participate in project teams for infrastructure upgrades.
Provide feedback on customer issues to improve service processes.
Develop and implement best practices for technical support.
Help manage inventory for computer parts and accessories.
Requirements
Education
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant qualification preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in technical support or related.
