Job Description

Join our team at Dynamic Fitness Studio as a Fitness Trainer in Johannesburg! We are looking for a dedicated individual who can inspire and motivate clients through personal training sessions. Your role will include assessing client fitness levels, designing customized training programs, and ensuring a safe and effective workout environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement personalized workouts to suit client goals.
  • Conduct regular fitness assessments to track client progress.
  • Educate clients about the benefits of different exercises.
  • Ensure a safe and effective workout environment.
  • Stay informed on the latest fitness trends and techniques.
  • Promote studio services and events to clients.
  • Encourage peer support among clients for motivation.
  • Maintain accurate client records and schedules.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and staff on training programs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to all clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Fitness Training or equivalent
  • Degree in Sports Sciences is a plus
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a fitness trainer
