Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and advising on investments.

Responsibilities

• Assess financial performance against benchmarks and industry standards.
• Prepare variance reports and performance analysis.
• Conduct risk assessments related to financial forecasts.
• Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Work closely with project teams to prepare project budgets.
• Utilize financial software to aid in analysis.
• Liaise with external auditors during audits.
• Provide training and guidance on financial best practices.
• Participate in strategy sessions to discuss financial planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• CFA or relevant certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis
