Job Description

As a Help Desk Technician in Pretoria, you will be the first line of support for our clients, providing troubleshooting assistance and resolving technical issues. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining high client satisfaction levels and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct follow-ups with users to confirm issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and share knowledge.
  • Assist in IT projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in IT or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in a help desk position
