Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking pharmaceutical advice.
• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and legality.
• Assess patient medication therapy regimens and suggest adjustments if necessary.
• Educate patients and families about medication therapy management.
• Assist in the management of pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency.
• Engage in continuing education to stay abreast of pharmaceutical advancements and regulations.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Specialized certifications in areas like clinical pharmacy preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
