As a Spool Fixer, you’ll play a crucial role in inspecting, repairing, and installing spools in various machinery. Your expertise will ensure optimal production efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
Monitor the condition of spools and take proactive measures.
Work with safety equipment and follow all workplace safety protocols.
Identify and report any additional repair needs to the management team.
Participate in departmental meetings to contribute to workflow improvements.
Requirements
Education
Matric or equivalent
Completed apprenticeship or trade certificate in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
