Responsibilities

• Develop assessment tools to measure learner success and engagement.
• Utilize learning management systems to distribute and manage course content.
• Research and apply best practices in instructional design.
• Mentor junior instructional designers and provide support in project delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all learning materials created.
• Participate in curriculum review and accreditation processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development
