In this role, you will help manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of cloud services. Responsibilities

• Conceive and execute cloud infrastructure strategies that meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage cloud cost monitoring and optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate on projects to create innovative cloud-based solutions.
• Manage and execute backup and disaster recovery plans for cloud data.
• Ensure optimum performance and reliability of cloud applications.
• Lead cloud governance efforts and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular assessments and reporting on cloud performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Cloud Computing or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in designing and managing cloud environments

Technical Skills

• CloudFormation
• Kubernetes

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge in API management: Experience in designing and managing APIs in a cloud environment.
• Scripting abilities: Familiarity with Python or Bash scripting for automation.
