Job Description

We are seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of telecommunications systems and infrastructure, focusing on enhancing network performance and reliability. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and innovative thinking, as you'll be tasked with designing and implementing solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation and configuration of telecommunications systems.
  • Develop training materials for new technology rollouts.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging telecommunications technologies.
  • Advise on best practices for telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in telecom systems and network management
